The Singapore Convention and the Mediation Ecosystem

Professor Nadja Alexander, Singapore, and Judith Knieper, UNCITRAL, will present one of the most successful international instruments of recent years and the second prong in the tryptiche of international enforcement instruments, including the New York Convention for the enforcement of arbitral awards and the Hague Convention for the recognition and enforcement of court judgments.

This interactive workshop will not only discuss the instrument in detail, but Nadja and Judith will invite you to work in small groups on tasks, using your knowledge of your own jurisdiction’s mediation ecosystem.
