For a week in July 2026, Vienna belonged to hundreds of negotiators, mediators, coaches, assessors, and volunteers, from dozens of universities, institutions, and companies. They hailed from many nations and cultures.

We laughed. We disagreed beautifully. We watched participants find words they didn’t know they had, then find each other. Every participant made the CDRCFamily a little larger and a great deal warmer.
