Trained at the Harvard Program on Negotiation in 2005, Linda has been an active mediator and trainer for 2 decades. With multiple accreditations, she has been appointed to many local and international mediation panels. In 2021, Linda co-founded a online dispute resolution marketplace promoting cost effective dispute resolution directly to the public.

In her capacity as a private mediator and conflict coach, Linda is engaged for high stakes relational disputes among shareholders, founders, healthcare, IP and family businesses. Most recently, she has been engaged as a conflict management consultant for a deep tech startup incubator. Linda volunteers extensively in the dispute resolution industry. She has received awards and co-founded the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore) in 2013. She is currently appointed to the Patron Dispute Committee for the Gambling Regulatory Authority (Singapore); on the selection panel for mid-career lawyers at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS); and is a mental wellness buddy for lawyers in Pro Bono SG.

Gary Birnberg, a mediator and arbitrator specialized in cross border commercial disputes, particularly in aviation, arts/sports/entertainment, and insurance, has completed over 1,000 cases, valued into billions of Euros. He is a Fellow of CIArb and NADN, a Distinguished Fellow of IAM, and an IMI Certified Mediator. A previous (co)chair of IBA Mediation Committee, Florida Chapter of CIArb, and the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, he is an Advisory Board member of HagueCAA (Chair), JAMS Foundation, Mediation Hub MENA. He is a member of JAMS and is an approved neutral of over 25 institutions in the Americas, Asia, Europe, MENA. Degrees from University of Pennsylvania (BA), Boston University School of Law (JD), and INSEAD (MBA), he has been called to the bars of four US states. He worked previously in management consultancy, including at Oliver Wyman in Paris. Citizenship: USA. Resident: Brasil. Languages: English, French, and Portuguese. 

Corrado Mora

Corrado Mora is an internationally recognized mediator and dispute resolution expert with over 20 years of experience managing complex, cross-border, and multiparty conflicts. His work spans civil, commercial, IP, sports, workplace, climate, and business disputes. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and accredited by both CIArb and CEDR, Corrado is known for his deep expertise in mediation and negotiation.

He serves on the panels of leading global institutions including ICDR-AAA, WIPO, CPR, CEDR, CAS/TAS, ADGM, and CAM, and is on the OECD’s Responsible Business Conduct mediator roster. Corrado is also a respected trainer and academic, serving as Senior Faculty at CIArb and Professor at the University of Trento, where he focuses on Negotiation and Mediation, in collaboration with institutions worldwide.

An ADR consultant to organizations such as the UN, UNDP, and USAID, Corrado supports global efforts in conflict management and mediation. He holds an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation.

Natascha Tunkel is a highly accomplished lawyer and mediator with over fifteen years of experience in complex dispute resolution. She advises clients across all stages of proceedings, from initiation to enforcement, with a focus on commercial disputes in sectors such as technology, life sciences, energy, engineering, and intellectual property. Her academic background in procedural and insolvency law, paired with her practical expertise, makes her especially effective in multi-forum disputes. Recognized for her strategic insight and commercial acumen, Natascha acts as counsel, arbitrator, and mediator, delivering clear and pragmatic solutions even in the most challenging cases. She leads KNOETZL’s investigations team, bringing strong analytical skills and experience in asset tracing and data forensics to high-stakes matters. As a mediator, her calm, impartial approach and ability to distill complex issues into actionable strategies consistently achieve strong outcomes. She serves on the VIAC Mediation Advisory Board and as Vice Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee.

Ulrich Mans

Dr. Ulrich Mans is Quantum Delta NL’s Strategic Partnerships Lead. In this role, he developed and executed the international collaboration programmes with QDNL’s priority countries and was responsible for defining the organisation’s approach towards economic security and digital sovereignty, including geopolitical topics such as supply chain management, investment screening, knowledge security and export control. He is also closely involved in the international activities of QDNL’s Centre for Quantum & Society; and helped create the world’s first House of Quantum in the Netherlands. In the past, he worked in various executive and senior advisory roles in the public, academic and private sector domains. He has worked on quantum, AI, robotics, blockchain and cyber security and has a background in both international relations and innovation policy. In the past he worked in various roles, including as Innovation Attaché in Washington and the EU’s External Action Service. From 2012-2016 he helped establish Leiden University’s Centre for Innovation in The Hague, and worked for various think tanks such as The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, the Clingendael Institute and International Crisis Group. He holds a PhD in economic geography (innovation ecosystems) from the University of Amsterdam and a MA in International Development Studies from Radboud University Nijmegen (Multiparty Mediation in the DR Congo).
