Each of the two workshops has two parts. The first part introduces participants to the fundamentals of game theory, acquainting them with the dynamics of the Prisoner’s Dilemma as a framework for analyzing strategic actions and decision-making in negotiations. The second part of the workshop is a fast-paced, repeated “pricing war” simulation in which participants work in teams to make strategic pricing decisions in multiple rounds.
To maximise the training effect, especially of the hands-on practical experience of game theory, his workshop is strictly limited to registered participants.
