Mary Mutupa is a Dispute Resolution Expert specializing in Arbitration, Mediation, and Adjudication with experience in commercial and investment disputes. With 20 years of diverse professional experience, including 10 years of practical experience in Mediation and Arbitration, Mary has established herself as a thought leader and trainer in dispute resolution. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of iSettle, a Member of the Executive Committee of Ciarb Zambia, and the Chairperson of the Women in ADR, African Arbitration Association, and ArbitralWomen. Mary has over 5 years of experience teaching International Commercial Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), International Trade Law, International Commercial Law, Human Rights, and Legal Process at the university level. She holds a master’s degree in human Rights Law, a bachelor’s degree in law, a postgraduate diploma in Teaching and Lecturing, and Certificates in International Arbitration, International Commercial Mediation, court-annexed mediation, and Construction Adjudication from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Edwards Academy, and the ADR centre.
