With 20 years of diverse professional experience, including 10 years of practical experience in Mediation and Arbitration, Mary has established herself as a thought leader and trainer in dispute resolution. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of iSettle, a Member of the Executive Committee of Ciarb Zambia, and the Chairperson of the Women in ADR, African Arbitration Association, and ArbitralWomen.
