The CDRC Vienna 2015 General Instructions are based on the Problem of the 22nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (hereafter ‘Vis Moot’), which has been supplemented, in coordination with the Vis Moot Directors, by Documents M1 to M13. These addendums and the deletion of Procedural Order 1 and Procedural Order 2 of the Vis Moot Problem result in a slight variation of the Problem, especially with regards to the new facts added to the Vis Moot Problem by Procedural Order 2. Students are reminded, that no information of the Vis Moot Problem that is not included in the CDRC Competition Instructions may be used or referred to during the CDRC Competition (cf CDRC Competition Rule 6.1.).
The Organizers wish to especially thank the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and its orgainzers and supporters as well as the ICC for their generous support and for granting the use of their Problem. The Organizers remind that any further use of the Problem without the permission of the Directors of the Vis Moot is prohibited.
